Configure ClickScribe settings
Set up versioning, privacy, user permissions, and export options.
From the ClickScribe list page, click "Settings" (or navigate to ClickScribe settings from the sidebar if available).
The settings page with four tabs: Versioning, Privacy, User Permissions, and Export.
The Versioning & Updates tab has switches for: Require Re-acceptance on Update, Notify Users on Update, Show Confirmation Message, and Log Failed Attempts.
The Privacy & Compliance tab lets you enable a Privacy Policy and edit its text. When the switch is on, a text area appears with a default privacy policy template you can customize.
The User Permissions tab controls what each role can do: whether admins can force re-acceptance, whether standard users can update settings, and whether view-only users can export audit data.
The Export & Integrations tab toggles CSV export, Excel export, cloud storage exports (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive), and API access. When API access is on, an API configuration section appears.
Click "Save Settings" to save all changes across the four tabs. A checkmark appears briefly to confirm the save.
