How buying a product unlocks it for your whole company.

When you buy a product (ClickScribe, ClickSign, or AllScribe), it's unlocked for your entire company — not just the person who purchased it. Everyone on your team sees the product in their sidebar and can use it.

If a product doesn't appear in your sidebar, it means your company doesn't have it yet. Go to the Billing page to add it, or ask your company admin to add it.

If you visit a product page your company doesn't have, you'll see a "This product isn't part of your plan" screen with a link to upgrade.

System admins can also grant product access to a company manually from the admin area, which lasts until revoked.
